Goldsboro Emergency Management Receives County Recognition

The all volunteer Emergency Management Team of Goldsboro, headed by Ellen Carter, Emergency Management Coordinator, received the Continuous Improvement Award from York County for it's ongoing efforts to strengthen our emergency preparedness for the community. Substantial effort has been made by the team in development, planning, training, communication coordination, and Emergency Operations Center (EOC) updates.
